SEPTEMBER 2026 – RACHEL REYNOLDS PRINT TO PRODUCT – A TEXTILE JOURNEY

Rachel creates original mixed media artworks alongside a collection of luxury textiles, wallpaper, homeware and stationery. Inspired by nature and architecture, her work draws on the textures, patterns and structures found in the British countryside and urban landscapes. She combines delicate drawings, watercolours and print making techniques to craft bespoke designs, developing her art work into timeless yet contemporary collections for the home.

Rachel studied Printed Textiles at Loughborough University and soon received her first commissions, creating site specific backdrops, textiles and wall hangings. She combined freelance design with commissioned work before establishing her own business with a grant from the Southern Arts Board and became a Prince’s Trust supported business. Rachel has an MA from the Winchester School of Art.

This information is taken from Rachel’s website as I was unable to attend the meeting. Rachel’s talk was followed the next day by a workshop entitled Two Colour Linocut which was much enjoyed by all who participated.
