Our July gathering was a social occasion as people gathered for lunch and a good gossip. Members brough their own lunch and the Committee provided pudding in the shape of scones, strawberries, cream and jam as well as tea and coffee. They also provided a fiendish stitch themed quiz which certainly kept people busy! It was a thoroughly sociable event and nice to have time to chat to friends as well the opportunity to talk to people one knows less well.
There is no meeting in August so we meet again in September and meanwhile happy stitching folks!
